Since when are trailers being spawn on company prefabs?
And how can I change its look?

Well, it's also in the editor so probably the company prefab models have changed?

You need to open the prefab's pmd with a hex editor or preferably with SCS editor (https://www.trucksim.org/threads/scs-models-editor.507/) to find its textures. When you're done with texture editing you create a new look for the prefab using SCS editor and assign all the existing textures and your new one replacing the one you changed to it and save it. Don't forget the mat and tobj.

It's not the company prefab itself that's the issue; it's the trailer (krone profiliner/ krone coolliner/ container) that's on the company prefab and I would like it to have that company's skin...
Even easier: vehicle/trailer_eu/company, there you have all the skins.

Yeah, they're all there and changed as well, but somehow those spawned trailers are all skinless...
When you open a company prefab in Blender there are usually 2 types of locators:
1 for spawning trailers which you can take to do a job
2 for spawning trailers which cannot be taken, but you can see in game - they spawn with random skin (it can be predefined somewhere else, but im not sure)

So it's actually baked into the company prefab model?
Option 2? It would be nice to have that trailer spawn at a company with the skin of that same company and not anything random.
But somehow at the companies in my map where they spawn they're all blank.

Is that any default prefab? if You give me a name I will look into it in Blender by the end of the week

Locators are taken from hookups, so go to:
//unit/hookup/parked_trailer.sii
(but firstly You need to know what type of hookup was used at a locator)
and than look in:
\def\vehicle\trailer
