You should re-download the Promods files again, install them only in the official load order in the Readme attachment, disable any other older or useless mods and start the game again for testing purposes. It should work just fine. Any traffic mods by Jazzycat or truck mods you have in working condition, should be updated as well.

You may want to unzip the files using 7-zip instead of Winzip or WinRAR, for better compatibility or pay for the single file download through Payloadz.

Choose one of the download options, no rush here, but when you download via the free option, download and extract all seven necessary .zip files.

Check also for the Rusmap ticked option for the def file.

I have a clean, no-mode installation and I have paid the whole ProMods package.
I'm afraid just the order in which the fashion is added ... I do not know.
I'm really desperate.
