at which place at the load order you have the 'Keine Straßensperren' Mod?

I placed it above all map-mods in MM. Previously, I had it pretty much deeper, below all maps, and it worked fine, nevertheless.

I'm using this one (without any problems):

THX! I just tested it - same result as 'brausetablette'-mod: Amazingly, only on SR it doesn't work...

Yes, like I told to do so in the description. Just extract the two files into your mod folder and overwrite the old files.

Since I threw out EAA and ROS of my map combination I can´t tell. You could ask here:

Afaik ROS doesn´t work with SR, but with a fix EAA may be compatible.

This works for me, or at least it did the last time I used that profile:

English translations, home-brewed mods that muck around with ferries, traffic, cargo etc. go above the map mods
Speed Of The Snow <== Optional, allows you to keep up with AI traffic in the snowy bit of ROS, essential if you use an automatic transmission.
ProMods-ROS Snow Terrain Fix <== Fixes some side effects in the snowy bits of ROS
ProMods-SR Ferry Connection <== Adds a ferry across the Black Sea between Constanta and Novorossiysk
