Read post on downloading vase files, but whem I go to the blog section, I see other downloads for ectra countries etc.
Are these added after initial downloads...?

Just get the pro mods other stuff are incorperated every year or so so you dont have to bother with other manual downloads although rusmap and southern region are good (3rd party aka not pro mods) add on mods i would recommend.
