Could you show us a screenshot of all downloaded files? With "Size" column visible.

unpack the promods-v216-test and run it...
follow the instructions:

1) Place checksums.exf and TestFiles.exe in the same folder as the promods-v201.7z.00* files.
2) Run TestFiles.exe
3) The result must look like TestFiles.jpg, if this is not the case, find the problem and download the corrupt file again.
NOTE: ALWAYS USE THE LATEST VERSION OF 7-ZIP ( http://www.7-zip.org/download.html ) TO EXTRACT

Something is wrong with your archives, please fix them... They can't be opened as archives, like I don't know what that is supposed to mean when it clearly shows it to be an archive. I have re-downloaded the files and with the latest 7-zip, I am still getting the same error that I presented in the first place.

There is nothing wrong with the archives, they are being used by hundreds, if not thousands of people on a daily basis.
The first matter is that they are multi-span archives so you should only open part 001, and not any of the others.
Secondly, please post the output from the file-tester (screenshot)

I re-downloaded them and unpacked without issues..... as said files have been downloaded multiple times and extracted without issues
check security settings, antivirus , adblocker or similar software which could cause problems ...
