Might sound silly : Did the extracted parts go into the modfolder and did you enable the mods in the modmanager?
Where did you create a modsfolder?
I hope not in the place where ETS2 (Euro Truck Simulator 2) is installed cause that will never work.
Need help for instal ProMods for MAC

Did you add PM files in mod manager? Loading order is important too: https://promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14523
Edit: didn't see second page, PitbullStyle got this first.

You have a folder in your documents-folder called 'Euro Truck Simulator 2' in this folder you should have a folder called 'mod' if this folder isn't there you have to create one named like that and in this folder you put all the mod files in you have and these files will be shown in the mod manager

ATS is same game than ETS2, but with USA map & trucks. Thats why it's easy to find mac "your documents".
In mac has folder named "Application support" and there are folder "Euro Truck Simulator 2" and should contain folder "mod" (create if not exist) and copy PM files there, start game, go to mod manager and add PM files to right side box in this loading order:
ProMods Def file 2.17
ProMods 2.17 -Map
ProMods 2.17 -Models 1
ProMods 2.17 -Models 2
ProMods 2.17 -Models 3
ProMods 2.17 -Media
ProMods 2.17 -Assets
Accept, play and enjoy.

Noah_Lukas,
Not sure if your reply on "Where did you create modsfolder" was for me, I know where to put it, but was curious if OP had made it in the right place

Nothing shows in the Mod Manager in game?
Did you make the mods folder here: «name»/Library/Application Support/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mods
Do you have seven mods:
ProMods 2.17 -Def
ProMods 2.17 -Map
ProMods 2.17 -Models 1
ProMods 2.17 -Models 2
ProMods 2.17 -Models 3
