As of when I'm writing this I am still downloading ProMods so feel free to correct me just in case the city/area is already in the game
Northern Ireland-Belfast,Derry/Londonderry,Antrim + a few others
Greenland ? - Nuuk + others
Norway- Tromso,Trondheim,Narvik?
UK-Caernarfon,Holyhead,Aberystwyth,Leeds,Hull,Portsmouth,Sunderland.Middlesborough
Spain-Bilbao,Barcelona,San Sebastian + rest of major towns/cities in the north, Murcia,Malaga,Gibraltar ( I know it's UK but it will only be accessible via Spain), Alicante, Palma,Sevilla,Almeria
Italy-Roma,Pisa
Slovenia- That capital I can't spell,Maribor
Croatia-Pula,Zagreb,Dubrovnik,Split ?
Bosnia and Herzegovina- Sarajevo,Brcko
Montenegro-Pogodorcia
Albania-Tirana,Durres?
Greece-Kerkyra (Corfu) Ioannina

quite a lot of what you suggest has already been added, is currently in development, or is being considered for future development.

Greenland will not appear, there is no road network, and its far closer to America than Europe.

Northern Ireland is coming in 2.20. I know that Trondheim is in 2.20, not sure about the others though. The UK has been massively improved. Barcelona, Bilbao and San-Sebastian are in the current version and I am unsure about when the rest of Iberia is going to be finished but it is in development. The whole of Slovenia is in the game. Croatia is coming in 2.20 and so is Serbia but only the northern cities, I asked about Bosnia Herzegovina and Albania and one of the developers said it will take a while to get down there because they have to finish Croatia and Serbia first - same goes for Greece.
