I hope Promods Team will add soon my city... Grosseto (just ca. 100 km away from Livorno, direction Rome)!
I take it your asking to add Grosseto since your profile states that as your location. Its possible based on its location. However, it would be close to Siena if that gets added I'd speculate that one of the two would have to be chosen as they could not both be added due to the map scale. I think Siena might win out in that debate due to it being on the highway to Rome and not out of the way, it has more population which means more industry, not to mention its historic attributes.
Another reason to add Grosseto and Siena is that they share the beautiful Amiata Mountain (1738m), an ancient volcano.

In the roundabout represented in the image the sign quotes incorrectly "GROSETTO" instead of Grosseto.

Hi,

you mean the Italy DLC? The Italy DLC is right now not offically announced (just a short video), but when it comes out, it will be merged with ProMods (like any other DLC).

Best regards,

SCS' landscape can be better than Promods', but not cities and road network.

Don't forget we have our Lead developer there. :P The DLC is for sure better than what we have in Italy so far.

Sorry for the neglect to keep in the loop, but will this new DLC be improving the original parts of Italy as well as expanding? If so, where does this leave the ProMods Italy project?

You are most likely aware that the game already contains several cities from northern Italy. These areas of the game world will receive an extra layer of polish to coincide with the DLC release so even players who decide to wait with the purchase of the new DLC will benefit from a partial upgrade of the game map.
