I used to live in Rønne, and this is why i am extremely excited it to be added in for this update. When i saw squirrels stream, i instantly recognized all of the roads in Rønne. And if he looked to the left just a little more at the first roundabout, i could maybe see my old house.
Good job ProMods! I will definitely pay for the fast download this time!
Development on version 2.x (Southern Scandinavia)
Västerås in SCS DLC is even worse, I live in Gothenburg and can recognise myself driving through in game. But I grew up in Västerås, and I can tell you that I recognise around 5% of the SCS version of the city. Who puts a trafficlight in the middle of E18? They said in another thread that TSM copy-paste most of their cities, but the Västerås build leaves me thinking SCS took a page from their book.
P.S Yes, I'm very frustrated and angry of the bad work done to my home city
Västerås is definitely not copy-pasted in any way. In fact, I can pinpoint the exact roads SCS have represented. Same with most of the DLC Scandinavia cities actually.
However I do definitely agree with you 100% about the at-grade intersection on the E18. It has kind of been forgotten and left that way because replacing it requires quite the rebuild of the area. Though I shall look at it again and see what I can do, we definitely want to get rid of it asap.
When it comes to rebuilding other cities, Göteborg is scheduled for a rebuild (mainly the E6) while a Malmö rebuild is currently not planned, though in the long-term I would like to add the E22 and replace all the default interchanges.

ProMods' Sweden plans and progress HERE
For Germans: Even though it might seem like something else, my name is simply another way of saying "cheese balls" in Swedish. Nothing else.

But ostpuff, I don't want to be rude here. But the two main industry districts aren't represented. As for the area they've build, I found it to be the city centre, or as we call it "Cityringen".
There is alot of bridges over the E18 in Västerås, none is represented. I can't even recognise the two entries into the city.
Sorry for the nagging, I'm in the middle of my re-exam period, hope I'm not offending anyone.
Keep up the awesome work

You will need to remember that we have to except the games scale. Västerås isn't exactly as big as Stockholm is. So we can't make everything.

Some say, I'm addicted to ETS2. But then I say. No, it's ProMods, it's a way of life.
