Can i use ProMods v. 2.12 with only east and north DLC?

can i use promods v. 2.12 with only east and north dlc or should i rather use v. 2.11.

ProMods v 2.12 is for v1.26x ETS2 versions while ProMods v2.11 is for v1.25x. Whatever your ETS2 version is, you must follow or else your mod won't work.

By the way, why do you want to use the old version of ProMods?

I had the same problem. You have to downgrade your game to 1.26 on steam, then 2.12 will work with these 2 DLC's.

Yes it won't work. Downgrade it to v1.26.
And if you have the enough money to buy the France DLC then buy it so that you may enjoy the latest features ProMods has.

I downgraded for ProMods 2.12 too, because I don't have the exorbitant 18 US dollars they want as of yet. Until then, I'm trying to get East and North to work with ProMods and RusMap. I can get it to work with ProMods, but when I add RusMap, it crashes.. Yet, on the exact same version of the app on my Mac OS side, it works (just slowly). I'm confused..

You need to download RusMap that has worked on ProMods v 2.12, as well as the road connection and as well as the ETS2 version compatible with it.
