The files should be okay, I made a test several times. Did you really disable all filtering programs which could potentially cause the issue? Enable it again after you unzipped all files into your mod folder. This kind of issues happened to me, too when I used to use Kaspersky Antivirus.

Hello,

Southern Region is not Compatible with MHAPro EU in newest Version. Game crashes. I have done all what was written in Post 1.
