I actually can't find the most recent version of the welcome to England sign for the M6/M74; and I'm not sure which is the most recent, considering you're looking at realism.
For the A68, there is no "welcome to England" sign, only "welcome to Northumberland". But there is a rock there at the parking spot on the Scotland to England side with England and Scotland written on it, as well as a flagpole nearby for the English flag. On the other side of the road is the "welcome to Scotland" sign you have, with two Scottish flags, and another rock with the names of the countries.
Also, shouldn't the ferry to Ireland go from Caimryan, not Stanraer?
