The only thing which is still now missing is the background in the world map

"Soon" leaves enough room for interpretation.loupdargent wrote: ↑06 Oct 2017 19:58But on your video you say that it's "coming soon" and here you say "in the next big update", so assuming promods 2.3 will not come until next year, so not so soon
In fact we just haven't discussed yet when it should be released.

Hmm... What new places should we expect from this update? I kinda want to see Ny-Alesund...
I'm just lurking around, waiting for the next version
regarding the map background you should look here - https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=179043

While you can change what appears in the background, you cannot add areas beyond what SCS Software has designated to be the map area.
That is why mods such as the one that you linked cannot cover the Southern Region area or Svalbard, which are beyond that space designated by SCS Software's map.

Hello together,
I hope you are enjoying the new areas in northern Norway. The reason why Rv 970 / 895 between Utsjoki and Tana Bru doesn't show up in the map is because I wanted that the users have something new to explore. And I can tell you: Reading signs helps a lot to discover some very scenic places!
Now it is time for a new update beyond the arctic circle!
E6 south of Olderfjord
Small harbour in the north
Kvalsund bridge
Near Hammerfest
The port of Kirkenes will be rebuilt too in the next version, so that it fits to double trailers
Best regards,
Adrian
