Our mighty pc's
I have a GTX660ti which is very decent and defo not overkill for your system. No idea what amount of money you have to spend on a new GPU.
Am I developing at the moment?

I have the GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD and I run every game at max settings.adgjl wrote:I have a quad core i5 and 8gb ram but an intergrated graphics card, an Intel HD 4000-and-something.
Can anyone suggest a graphics card that is good value for money but would not be overkill for the rest of my computer?
Thanks in advance for any advice
with the specs you have I would go for:
GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD (rev. 2.0)
or
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD
First of all, which i5 is it, second what's your budget?
Few recommendations:
- nVidia 750 Ti, ~€150,= (Brand choice MSI, Gigabyte or Asus)
- nVidia 760, ~€225,=
- AMD Radeon R9 270X, ~€175,= (Brand choice MSI, XFX, Asus)

Happy trucking!
It's an 'Intel Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz'. Sorry if that's not what you mean, I really don't know much about computers.
I had no idea my computer was good enough to warrant that sort of level of graphics card. My plan is to get an alright graphics card for now, then 'one day' get a proper gaming computer.
My budget is around £100, which the nVidia 750 ti fits in with.
Thanks for your help
