NEW: v1.01b released on 2017/12/07

Hello,
I've created a (very) small map addon for ProMods 2.25+: Stuttgart Improvements
The mod doesn't change the city of Stuttgart (i just didn't find a more fitting name :D), but the surrounding areas which haven't been rebuilt by the ProMods team yet.

Features:
*Small changes on Stuttgarter Kreuz
*Completely Change of Environment at Leonberger Kreuz
*Completely new signs at Leonberger Kreuz
*City of Leonberg in background
*Ugly tunnel between Stuttgart and Dreieck Karlsruhe removed and replaced with exit 43 "Pforzheim-West"
*Signs added in Hambrücken and at the French-German border

LOAD ORDER:
-> put it ABOVE all other maps.
TESTED IN 1.30+1.31!

Known bugs:
*Vehicles disappearing between Pforzheim-West and Dreieck Karlsruhe
-> This is because I didn't know how to connect two red nodes. Maybe somebody can help me?
*A ProMods beta tester reported a "falling out of world"-bug with PM 2.30
-> No support for PM 2.30 and above! Map won't be updated!

- Adapted for ProMods 2.25 and ETS2 1.30
- Fixed small (aesthetic) mistakes (the tunnel)
- Works also with ProMods 2.26/2.27 in 1.31

Much thanks! Finally Stuttgart isn't a boring place. :D

Reason: Removed excessive quoting. Please don't quote a picture heavy post and please don't quote the entire post if it's just posted above your post.

I know, but I think it takes at least a half year or more till the release - I couldn't wait so long :)

Positive things first, good work with the signage. ;)
But that's about it, sorry. If rebuild, please do it properly. You have some major flaws in there:
Image
How is one supposed to read any of these while driving by at highway speed?

Image
This may result in some problems for everyone who doesn't drive a Lamborghini that just fits under the barrier.

Image
This looks just wrong.

Image
Not a big fan of this. It's all too sudden and obvious.

Image
After the collapse of the tunnel roof Pforzheim was abandoned, leaving the parking lots of McDonald's and the gas station to nature's reclaim.

Image
This is wrong in terms of aesthetics, performance rules and most of all, technically. It's just not going to work. Although, seeing your screenshot, I might be using an outdated version.

So please improve in these things. ;)

Do you have plans for adding smaller cities in that area i.e. Pforzheim (proper city), Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, etc.

Why I didn't remove the original sign? And why didn't I noticed that?

I will edit that.

I find this method well, but if it disturbes you, I'll edit that.

Ok, but I don't really know what exactly I should edit there? But I try to do it a bittle more realistic in the next version (if a next version will ever release?).
After the collapse of the tunnel roof Pforzheim was abandoned, leaving the parking lots of McDonald's and the gas station to nature's reclaim.
Maybe I can add a cut plane there? And I don't know how to remove the grass; grass isn't removed by no-vegetation-areas.

Which screenshot do you mean?
I just observed the traffic in this area and - it works! The vehicles are changing the lane a bit before the narroring.

Let me answer a bit more detailed:
Honestly, my only goal was to edit the not-so-good looking signs near Stuttgart and to remove to geographic completely wrong tunnel between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe. So now, my mission is completed :D. In addition, I think I'm not really good in mapping - some basics I don't know, like how to connect landscapes, or how to form them, or what to do with two red nodes etc. -, so don't exspect to see more maps/rebuilds from me. :D
And: For now, I cannot work on the map, 'cause I'm taking part at the public beta of 1.30 and ProMods isn't working in this version. So I have to wait anyway for ProMods 2.21 or 2.25 which version the next will be.

Why add a city in the area of Stuttgart if you only have Stuttgart's Neighborhood?
