Please remove number 1 on Promods def file name and remove these mods that is known to have issues and last one is causing map conflicts:

At last and first can you set to 64-bit mode because you have 16GB RAM that is more than 4GB RAM 32-bit has the limit?
You can edit with -64bit in launch options for game properties in Steam Library. Second is that you have mods in wrong mod loader.

I will recommend you to search after mods load order around on Promods or other websites on Google.
