I confirm that the higher-difficulty delivery spot is blocked by objects. Coordinates are: (sec-0004-0004);-14392.6;31.4204;-12445.3;-1.42244;-0.511357. I have reported this problem in our bug tracking system, bug #9569. You still have the option to use to the low-difficulty delivery spot at that company.
