I confirm that, those new regions means nothing in france, i'm not interested at all to see them in the game...

If you want to update road signs in France, please focus first on distance markers like you have done in the Autobahn rebuilding project and better road signs on normal roads, the regional borders can be much lower priority imo.

I am probably going to take care of this eventually :D I have already removed some inaccurate signage from the map, but need to replace signs such as the no limits sign, as I understand France does not use this often.

So, what would you think of placing this sign instead of the horrible misrepresentation that's currently in the game?

I'm all for it to be honest. Although not all names should be on the signs in ETS2 as we're still in a very much confined environment where Nancy (which is bigger than Metz) doesn't even exist. Not to mention Verdun, Sarrebruck and Walygator.

But in Germany in the ARP they also showed distances to cities that aren't even on the map, and I'm totally fine with that.

+1 :)
also I noticed an error on a motorway sign somewhere in Metz (A14 instead of A4). If I find it I'll tell you unless someone finds it before me !
