I don't think there is a date set yet. From discussions I've seen on other threads it seems like it's quite a time consuming process to make them work.
All I know from what I've read is that they're active on this issue and some routes - I believe - are done
The mods and developers here probably have more information though

I know the answer to this one: It is ready when its ready and will be released when it is released
But more seriously; It was stated earlier in the thread they have made 3 routes so far and also that making this routes takes a lot of time.
also please remember it is Christmas / new year's time, most people will be with their family / relatives and/or take this time to go on a vacation or just have a break from the computer, not only the promods devs, i mean just open your appstor in your phone / start steam and notice how many apps / games had an update last ~ 1,5 weeks .... (or should i say few...)
One question thou and sorry if it has been answered already: Will the special transport DLC be required when Promods gets compatible?

Posting an official announcement about ST <> ProMods incompatibility and pinning it in a well-visible place (front page?) would be a good idea, don't you think?
