Whenever I paste it into the mod folder it is not shown in the Mod Manager and when I try to open the file in WinRAR it says that the file is damaged or corrupted.

You just have bad luck Wiss. Or the download servers are unstable. Either that or it could be due to you being further away from the download servers. Just keep trying until you get the files uncorrupted.
Do you use the first file top open the shared archive, with 7zip, or do you try to open some of the other files?
