Judging from the W.I.P. location and nearby structures I'd guess it's Sermin industrial area outside of Koper where the cargo railway tracks intersect with the AMZS car service and repair station. Correct me if I'm wrong, because I've made several stops in RL close to that area, where my motorbike gets maintained and serviced regurarily.
Edit : I'm talking about the first picture, ofc.
The second must be the Luka Koper cargo terminal where the good stuff is hidden in those containers... I also know this road very well because it traverses an area known as Škocjanski zatok, famous for its still water marshes, this road in the third picture leads from the center of Koper outwards towards Sermin, Bertoki and Ankaran, next to it also a double ring road system or roundabout.

i first posted this in the gameplay bugs section but Scul said the crash is caused by project balkans. so here is the bug.
at a highway near trieste the game just crashes dont know why. i deleted every mod exept promods, rusmap, project balkans and the great steppe but still freezes
here is the location:
Chrash ;[16/03/2018 01:20] (sec+0002+0006);9304.95;36.4659;25735.4;0.396905;-0.113219
and here is my game.log

Hi, I have a problem. My game crashes on the AT/IT border, where the Austrian A2 highway changes in Italian A23. The last verse of my game.log says "<ERROR> model_template.cpp(590): ?cache_data_handler@model_template_u@prism@@UEAAXXZ: Failed to load model descriptor (.pmd) or model geometry (.pmg) for '/model/sign/traffic/it//no_overtaking_trucks_it.pmg'." So, there's a problem with sign, but it's very strange, because I was playing with the same mods set, was in Italy a few times and there wasn't a problem. I don't know what's going on, but my question sound: Dear Project Balcan Team, do you intend to make a fix for PB 2.7? Or maybe somebody knows how to fix it now on 1.30.2.6s?

I just have finished the testing in the specific area and there was not a single crash or error I had only our newest version of map + Promods 2.25
Our newest version is not yet available for downloading, becuase there is still content left to be done, before doing this.
What I would say is: wait for next update, and until then try to avoid this section of the road that cause error. Or use only Project Balkans and Promods map
We are sorry to say that, but for now this is the only solution
