right next to Helsinki and left of Porvoo, the road of the highway is blocked off (see pics)

Already known. And it's a ProMods-RusMap connector problem.

okay. is there a known fix for it already or not? i do use Promods and Rusmap (both newest versions)

We have to wait for new roadconnection file. Only thing you could do would be teleporting behind the barrier.

enable developer mode:
[1] Find config.cfg in the Euro Truck Simulator 2 root folder in My Documents (Windows), or /home/[username]/.local/share/Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Linux)
Edit the lines
g_developer "0"
g_console "0"

to read:

g_developer "1"
g_console "1"

then you can press 0 to get into flycam. Fly behind the barrier and press F9 to teleport. Just make sure you're at the level of the road, otherwise you will fall to the ground and take damage.
