I don't think Madrid will make it to the 2.30 version, maybe the 2.40 version later.

It can take weeks till months to test. Reporting bugs, fixing bugs, invisible walls, errors, black holes etc are all part of testing and marking them.

we can not say how long it will takes to test the map - it's ready when it's ready.
Better later without bugs than earlier with a lot of bugs.

No, you cant go from Zaragoza to Soria via N-122, you will need to take the A-2 and then the A-15
