I've double checked the files and I was missing the connector file. I downloaded all the files again from the single link, installed to the mods folder and also made sure the load order is correct but my game continues to crash after about 70%. I've only enabled ProMods and RusMap as test.

You just need to wait for a while.

I think you need to wait longer up to 30 minutes or longer first time because game.log shows this at end:

Oh Okay, cheers guys. I'll leave it to run whilst I go out for dinner. It just said not responding in the task manager so I assumed it had crashed.
