Only ProMods is active on new profile. Tried economy reset to 1, and did not fix problem. Downloaded full one file for maps and seperate ProMods company and trailer pack.

Uhm, you only enabled our DEF file. Which is the file most people with installations problems forgot to enable. So kudos for that!
But you need to download and unpack a lot more. In our ProMods-2.27.7z are the other files you need. (Assets, Model 1,2,3, Media and Map)

Yes, you've got one promods-227.7z. That's the one you need to extract. Copy the files to your mod folder, and enable them in the in-game mod manager.
