And they didn't even try to keep away from where this mod is developing. Namely, they include Ljubljana, Zagreb, Osijek, Slavonski Brod, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Subotica, and they also have Belgrade done which is under construction over at your side. What is Project Balkans going to do?

As said lots of times --> We will have our own Beograd, and we won't go south from it (in Serbia).
In the first stage it will only be ring road arround Beograd which will lead to PM's Kragujevac and further south. With this we will enable our users to still drive in the south Balkans PM, only sacrifice will be Beograd itself (until it's built entirely by us).

Future for us is still unknown ... as only mapper, we can't be fast + deliver at least some quality. In this time I got an employment and mapping is pushed and limited only to weekends, so ...
We want to finish Beograd, maybe Šabac (SRB) and Banja Luka (BiH), and Tirana (already made layout). Basicly we will only finish our already started projects Kosovo might come, but we don't know yet.

So I think Project Balkans will have future only expanding Promods map.
So you can build cities that Promods wont build.
Like Kikinda, Sabac in Serbia.
Knin in Croatia.

I thought you had build Beograd yet. So it's very bad that Promods is much faster.

It's also bad that you doing double work. It's better when you doing something new (like Koper)

There's also another possibility in my opinion. I would say that the first team who covers whole Balkans won't be Promods, not even PB but SCS.
PS: It's just my personal opinion, which is not based on anything.

It's a possibility. After the problem is that the whole territory of the Balkans is gigantic and in addition with many mountains, it would be almost impossible to release a DLC with all the Balkans so I see SCS do only the northern part. And I do not even talk about the problems of territories eg Kosovo so that SCS do a part of the Balkans possible but all I do not see it absolutely.

promods show a screenshots of rebuilded old areas of serbia and croatia so when promods 2.30 releases and if i add this mod then overwrites rebuilded parts of srb and hr

He will (if he wants). Project Balkans has got places that ProMods has not e.g. BiH.
