But the compatibility tab states that Lyon has been rebuilt in 2.30.
Lyon wasn't rebuilt; it was just upgraded and retrofitted with new DLC France assets

Yes, but the default is actually pretty amazing. Those backroads are spectacular

The secondary roads are probably the best part of the France DLC. But rebuilding is needed for some cities in my opinion. And don't forget all the northeastern part from base map. Many complains about germany and UK, but the northeastern France is the same.

The PM developer who built France before the DLC(Kutchek) are no longer a developer in PM so another developer will need to work on France.

I think eventually SCS will rebuild the northeastern France, as they will rebuild all the base map.

I think that whole France should be upgraded with assets from ProMods and other map DLCs either. But also some of the France assets need a few improvements.
One example for this are the speed limit signs, which stand at border crossing points. At 1st June 2018 the french government changed the speed limits for secondary and national roads.

  • RD or RN 2x1: 80 km/h
  • RD or RN 1x2+1x1: 90km/h + 80km/h
  • Motorway RD or RN: 110km/h
  • Motorway A: 130km/h (when wet 110km/h)
I'm not sure if they changed also the speed limits for lorries on secondary roads but it can be possible. :?:

The speed limits of the trucks have not changed and they drive at 80km/h like the cars on the secondary roads (RIP cars). Afterwards for the speed limit signs, most of France has not been modified by ProMods so it's up to SCS to change these signs. After yes ProMods must change its signs on their part (if it's not already done). After that it's better to have a full rebuild rather than the addition of assets.

Unfortunately, nobodies work on France for the moment.
Hi, I want to understand that there is nobody working on France but when I see that the city of Lyon was rebuilt by the team Promods. I wonder if you do not take me for an idiot by chance ...

Alexis.
