I'm not sure if someone already asked this. If I buy the DLC right away and want to use ProMods, I need to wait for a new version of PM with all the links between the new contries and cities and the old map?
I kinda know its a dumb question, but I'm not using PM for such a long time, even tho I know it for more time now.

as with any DLC.. there will be version compatible w/dlc, but overwriting.. then version w/probably DLC content... then... next version w/rebuild etc...

Is it possible to inactivate a DLC in ETS2? Let's say you have one ProMods profile and one vanilla profile to try Baltic Sea on.

No this isn't possible you can only remove the hook in your steam profile, than the dlc will be removed from the game (completely).

Yes, you can uninstall a DLC in Steam. Go to the ETS2 steam page. Below the Achievements section, there is a DLC section.
That section contains a table with all available DLCs and the 2nd column shows whether the DLC is installed or not.
If the DLC is installed, remove the checkbox next to the 'Installed' text and the DLC will be removed immediately..

of course you can inactivate dlc in steam.. but its for all game not profile.

Also, if you want to launch the game without a DLC, you can use these commands in Launch Options on Steam:

I bought the Krone DLC and downgraded the version of the game to 1.31 to play PM, and every time when i enter the game it tells me that the DLC is incompatible with the version and if i wanna continue playing without the DLC or exit the game, so you can play with all your DLC's installed. Thanks for your responses.
