Now I have installed Promods 2.31 together with ETS2 v. 1.32.3. Now I will begin activate and play ETS2 on Steam. Can any explain in detail for me how I can retain my last profile (1.32.3) bak on Steam?

You should be able to simply add ProMods to the very same profile you have been using, if you want to. Neither updating the base game nor adding ProMods will break your profile. Or do you mean something else? If so, can you elaborate on exactly what you mean?

yes, that doesn't matter for the profiles, they work in steam and retail the same
