[Resolved] Game constantly going to loading bar

I've just installed 2.31 and the game is constantly stopping to reload i.e. every minute or so. I've disabled my other mods.

your Graphics Card doesn't meet the minimum requirments for the game. In the new Update they made rendering faster, so many old Graphics Cards are not supported anymore. The errors in the log are DX9 related errors so this is most likely the cause.
Try updating your Graphics card drivers, when it still crashes, then you've to get a new Graphics card
/edit you may try running the game in OpenGL Mode. Maybe you've better luck there, if not then only the above said can fix that or downgrade back to 1.31.
