It works for me, the game loads, but i was not in the area of realistic russian highways.
Often it is enough to look at GPS map and try to find job from Europe to Russia.

If there is a map_data.sii file in this mod, the shifted map is caused by that, incorrect scale (ui_map_size and _center, ui_map_camera_min/max) and extents (camera_limits_max/min) are in the file. Copy the ProMod's map_data.sii into \def\ and see how that helps
No, shifted map is caused by obsolete europe.mbd or europe.set. After removing it, background map is ok.
