It also came with a very unpleasant buzzing sound and I had to hold down the power button to shut it down. Despite me forcefully shutting it down I'm surprised it saved the game log so here it is:
For map mods I was using PM, Rusmap, Southern Region, ROS, and also the legacy support mod and spruce fix for rusmap. I was also using a few other mods like trucks, ai traffic, and other small mods. All the map mods are all in the right order I checked.
Any ideas on what is causing this? It didn't happen last time I loaded these exact same mods.

don´t know really, but seems your PC is just happy when you close the game.
that´s not much RAM.
you have many errors and warnings i never have seen before. this DAF Truck makes a lot of trouble too.
you not have many mods activated. best and easy way, disable all except the map mods and try again. you will see what will be happens.
maybe someone else has a better idea?

Well I have played with no mods before and it never happened with no mods. I guess it just has to do with the amount of mods on and it just takes awhile to close the game.

Please try with only ProMods enabled, then add the other mods one by one. That's the only way to find your issue.
