Bad stuttering, poor fps in Linköping

Plz help when travelling through Linköping my fps drop to 30 and 40 fps when its normally 60 on the highway, hopeful there is a fix I already tried moving mods folder to same drive as the game D

There's is no fix for that, either your PC is too weak or it's an other mod causing this.

I think its promods or something, my pc isn't weak I have 1070 8gb i5 4.2ghz 8gb ram. I really enjoy the additions but when it drops to 30 fps it makes the game un enjoyable in cities.

it has to be a configuration specific issue because I have similar specs and don't suffer frame drops.
Are you using AI vehicle packs?
