Cant Download any File from Promods Forum

I wanted to re-download the promods as I have a new operating system.
But the forum doesn't let me download anything. After each file comes the error message I could only download 2 files at a time. Although I haven't even downloaded one yet and there's no other download running in the background.

Some files went on to try several times. But now I'm blocked.
Why? I did everything right and only loaded 2 at a time. But as I said. The message also came when I hadn't downloaded anything in the background.
