there is Baltic DLC.. so i think, with promods/rusmap full update this add-on will be obsolete..

is this going to be updated for 1.34 because on my mod section it says the version i am using is incompatible

Or just delete the version requirement entirely so you don't need to edit it again in future (Tho the mod will probably become obsolete after pm 2.4 comes out)

Can I ask why? Like, how does that work? I still haven't quite figured that out yet.
How does ProMods decide when to use SCS created maps/borders and when to use modded (e.g. promods or a mod like this one) maps/borders?
Is there a rule? Do they all sit together and decide which one looks best? Or are they temporarely adding countries until SCS finally creates them?

We usually decide together.
If SCS releases a DLC and we see they have a better looking city, for example Helsinki (which was one of the oldest cities in PM) - we don't put our old work back. It's not as simple as pasting the city in the right place, you also have to connect all roads around and of course improve the old city layout with new assets.
If we don't like something SCS done, if they oversimplified something, one of us will maybe rebuild it. It all depends on our choice and the motivation to do something - sometimes one dev really dislikes certain area and he says "I have to improve this place" and it's happening
