Yeah, Germany is boring (IRL on the contrary. I love roadtrips in Germany.). Its weird that SCS has not overhauled it at all compared to the other countries. Luckily you can drive fast trough it because it has a lot of 3 + 3 motorways. Hope the largest cities get overhaul by ProMods, such as Berlin, Munchen, Köln and Frankfurt (same kind of love what Hamburg has gotten). Berlin area feels and looks nothing like IRL.

hmm weird it shows up in my editor. Hopefully someone else can check it if the 1.71 has the M4/M5 junction correct.
Am I developing at the moment?

I see this at the M4/M5 junction ESE of Cardiff with ProMods 1.71 + 1.72 HOTFIX. No other map mods. I don't know what used to/should be there..

I can confirm that the M4/M5 junction problem was caused by continuing to use my old profile. I tried it with a new profile and with the new one it shows up as a cloverleaf, the way it's supposed to be.

Case closed ;)

I would definitely love to see a rebuild of a lot of German cities, as you've said. All four of these (and also the Ruhr Area in general) could do with this... perhaps it's something that could be done as part of the ARP. Perhaps the ARP should have its own thread as well. Another city that could definitely use a rebuild is London... I've elaborated on it before but basically, it needs to be possible to enter and exit London in all four directions, and that terrible crossroads at the top could perhaps just become extensions of the M1 and M11 leading into Central London, like they do IRL.

Actually, the real thing is not a cloverleaf, but a prime example of a complete stacked interchange. I'm hoping that sometime in the future, when that area is looked at again, it'll be changed again.

Ah yeah, a Stack Interchange. We might consider that when we are going to implement Bristol too, but that will take a while. The current cloverleaf placeholder will do for now; at least you have a sensible looking four-way junction ;)
