[Fixed] [#20476] 2.40] Non-solid walls & missing terrain near London/Croydon, UK

You can see missing terrain if you drive onto a small dead-end street in the London/Croydon area (I suspect this street isn't supposed to be accessible, but there are no X barriers covering it so you can still just drive onto it)
You can also drive through the buildings nearby. Going far enough results in falling through the ground.
