I'm not sure maybe something with load order
If it is this is the load order for your mods just try it
At the bottom southern region then promods then rusmap then poland rebuilding then road connnection of rusmap
ProMods user since: 2.15.
PC specs: I don't like to say them.
Langauges: a bit FR Image , EN Image and AR. Busy with School!

Hi,

I checked the Poland Rebuilding thread on SCS forum - you have to move the ProMods def below Poland Rebuilding files.
