As i said before first update will be as a TSM Add-on , but maybe it will be compatible with all maps in the following updates

As I see, to connect Promods only ferry from Barcelona to Tanger is needed. So it wouldn’t be for you difficult

the map scale will be 1:19? if yes why not decreasing it?

Yes it is 1:19 because it's an addon for europe map .

as you wished, no need for tsm to run our map, it will be compatible with all maps.
We will make fix for both tsm and pm. But after we finish mapping and our work for first version

Added in 3 hours 44 minutes 22 seconds:
the map will be no longer an exclusive TSM, it will be compatible with vanilla map
