Map broken with roads offset from land

I installed ProMods with the addons and everything worked fine until i looked at the map. The roads and cities were offset from the land and it all looked confusing. Since then i populated my mods list with Rusmap and Sound Fixes Pack. Here is my load order and game log
How do i fix this?

@Corktail, that is not the correct mod load order (ProMods, ProMods Middle-East, ProMods TCP, and RusMap). See this: [GUIDE] Load order for recommended compatible maps [1.35]

Also, can you show a picture of the problem you are referring to?

I was going to include a picture of the messed up map in the original post, but i didnt have the patience to wait for the loading screen to pass the very long 60% part.
Now that i fixed my load order in reference to the guide you mentioned, the map is now fixed.
