Why is my GPS showing this way (Promods 1.71 + PR 1.71 +)

So, today i had a job from Brest (Russia, it's from the Russia map that's compatible with promods + PR) to Kristiansand (Norway)
On my way to the port of swinoujscie i noticed this (bug?) in the city of szczecin.

As you can see my GPS is showing a way where i'm not able to drive, i just drive through this way because there was no other way to get there fast.
But what happens after that is very strange (my GPS was showing this exact way.)

I don't know this is really a bug but i just wanted to know

First one is known, second one I don't recognise. On Radol's turf (Poland Rebuilding) perhaps?

It is evident that for whatever reason that one-way road is not being recognized by the GPS, which means that the prefabs used are not configured properly.
