sandroix, let me see if I got it correctly: you are not willing to spend money for 2 beers which cost probably now on sales DLC France and DLC Italy, which would allow you to play at least in game version 1.34, but you prefer to play on a 2 years old game version but still pay for ProMods fast download? sorry to say but this is very silly especially that you have an average PC which could easily run very well the new game versions with lots of nice new features (police and emergency vehicles, 2 new trucks, infinitely better semi-trailers, double trailers, ownable trailers, better traffic system, faster rendering)
you game is full of errors and even if you added the def part of ProMods it may be that your gamelog is too long and it's truncated (this is what I saw in the last gamelog). from my past experience, a truncated gamelog is a crash reason so you can add in your launch options -unlimitedlog in order to eliminate this from the possible crash reasons
