[2.41] Game crashes when approaching downtown Przemyśl

My game crashes whenever my visual gets past this traffic light, close to the garage. I cannot succeed my delivery because of this. :

you have so many mods active, in my opnion this is no ProMods bug.

I tried to visit the same spot on a vanilla profile only with promods and the issue did not occur. then i went onto my main profile and i tried to disable rusmap, but i can't say which mod may caused this, because somehow the issue came by itself during the gameplay, and by disabling some important mods like rusmap or ai traffic ones, the game session resets due to these changes and that was enough to fix the issue in that spot with the same mods with which i had encountered this problem.
If ever such a thing should happen again, then i'll begin to resize my mod park. Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.
