In the "editor_data.sii" insert the parameter "background_map_height: 0.2", it will raise the background above these sector numbers, which are always at level zero. Just keep in mind that if the roads are below zero, then they will not be visible.

Map editor has never been a problem for me.

However, since the 1.35 update, I'm suddenly having issues.

After editing certain sectors, it takes map editor incredibly long to save its sectors (no use waiting 5 hours after every change I make).
Another problem I'm having is that certaing changes made to sectors (for example: sec -0003 -0003) aren't saved. Meaning overwriting older sec files doesn't change anything at all.

Does anyone have a clue what the reason could be? Is map editor in 1.35 known for having certain issues?

That depence how many maps you load (How many sectors) or your hardware is too slow...
I load always more than 900 sectors (Only with ProMods)

I used to have many different ‘items’ and categories in the content browser. Some of them come from ETS2 vanilla, others are from ProMods.

However; since the 1.35 & 2.41 update many objects have disappeared in the content browser. For example; I used to have many different police models. Uk, Hungarian, Finnish etc.

But for some reason, all of them are gone. This goes for other objects as well. If they happen to be in the world, they’re still there. Only they are removed from the content browser.

Does anyone know what the reason could be? I find it hard to believe that ProMods or ETS2, would remove certain models that have only diversified the game so far.

Theoretically it would be possible, but we wont do it.
But you can make your own mod, that does that to solve your issue.
