[Fixed][#20789] ProMods profile crash in start 2.42

Hello,

I downloaded all ProMods 2.42 files. I made a new profile + I added only ProMods mods. It loads, I choose the city based and the game remained crash.

our testing team was able to reproduce the crash (reported with #20789 in our bug tracking system).

Our developers will have a look on it - thanks for reporting this.

It won't be fixed until next version of PM appears, which will be probably in 1-2 months. Just use another city and then move your headquarters to Suwałki

OK looks like its not Rusmap related! Sorry Rusmap!

I made a new profile with only ProMods (and Middle East addon) enabled (NOTHING ELSE) and when i selected Suwalki as start city the game crashed!
The BIG PROBLEM is that the game log shows that i shut down the game normally. However the game crashed.
Any idea? Should i try redownload ProMods files?

On the logs however you can see two errors probably related with the problem

00:00:15.602 : <ERROR> No valid offers found for player's HQ city 'suwalki'
00:00:15.602 : <ERROR> Error generating first job!



I redownloaded the def file and tried again but the game crashed again

That's already known and will be fixed in the next Update. It's caused since Suwalki has only advanced cargo which can't be used as a first Job, that's because the game crashes.

As Trucker2223 said this is a known issue, see here: [#20789] ProMods profile crash in start 2.42. The workaround for now is to choose a different starting city.
