Does that mean you won't make more cities in Spain?

We stopped nearly all our development in Iberia when we found out that SCS were working on an Iberia DLC. The resources will be focussed on developing areas elsewhere in Europe and in ATS
Once the Iberia DLC has been finalised we will work on bringing many of the unique ProMods territories in Spain back in the map. This is also the reason why we didn't proceed to develop towards Portugal.

Please, improve that very boring SCS France, especially repeating interchanges.

We will use the parts of Madrid that are worth keeping, but honestly the development wasn't very far at all anyway

I hope they include Castellon in the official SCS DLC since Promods didn't include it because Vinaroz was more important ...

New stuff from Spain will be released in 2.5, but obviously not the whole country.
