yeah btw Ceuta and Melilla are AFRICAN cities. And SCS won't map Africain cities because they are devlopping a game named EURO Truck Simulator 2.
Then i think they will obviously not map these two cities which actually sucks :/

Ceuta and Melilla, despite they are in african territory, they geographically act as spanish (so european) cities.

Like the French Guyana which is 100% EU territory despite Cayenne (capital) being closer to Miami than Paris

But i wish SCS would include the WHOLE Iberian peninsula and wouldn't leave out Andorra and Gibraltar.

I guess it doesn't help the matter that there are no borders currently on the map indicating Andorra and Gibraltar...

In my opinion, these places will only be done if SCS has finished completing Spain and Portugal well, with enough roads and enough cities. For example, it would make no sense at all to have Ceuta and Melilla, and not to have cities like Pamplona, Burgos, Badajoz, Teruel, Almeria, Bayonne or Viseu.

I think you will find your answer when you look at the rest of the map. Liechtenstein was omitted, Italy DLC doesn't contain San Marino or a reference to the Vatican either. I would say (but am not certain) that it's very unlikely SCS will develop Andorra and Gibraltar

Exactly.

That why we know that Gibraltar, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira will be coming to ETS2 but NOT, through SCS but rather Promods. Just like Andorra
