Which load order is correct for the RusMap Def Package?

In the download it says to have it under the Promods Assets Package, but in the viewtopic.php?f=42&t=29618 load order, they have it at the top of all the rest of the Rusmaps which is above all the Promods.

Which is the correct one?

As far as I know rusmapdef comes still under promods.

I think this won't happen by Aldimator. Cause then he had kept St. Petersburg like the other works from Sergey too. But he hasn't.

But I have read in Roex Forums that Sergey and his colleague are going to make his Petersburg and Viborg as an independent addon on for Russmap 2.0 if I understood it right
