This may seem like an odd question, and I know it is FAR FAR in the future, but when the middle east has been completed, and there is nowhere to be expanded... Do you think you will be expanding into Africa (Through Egypt) or the India, Pakistan, Nepal area and into china (maybe). Or maybe even into the .....stans (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakstan)? Just curious.. If you are not planning on ever expanding to these areas, do you think other creators will make add-ons in the foreseeable future just like you have with this middle east add on?

I think there are still lots of work in Middle East.
Finish Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, maybe Turkey.

I don't think this project will be ''finshed'' anytime soon. Making all of the middle east will take a lot of time.
road to asia is making the stans currently, they think they will release it this year.

Hello,
Shalom,
Today, three new pictures from Israel, with the city of Nazareth :
About future extensions, just look at a real map for the distances and don't forget I work quite alone on this add-on
Extensions to east and south are unlikely. After next release, I could focus on northern coast of Egypt or Turkey crossing, as already explained.
Regards,

Platypus, you are doing amazing job, especially the speed at which you work on map. I would like say thank you!!
But I have one thing I don't like it at your work. This thing is transition from open landscape to cities. I must say, that i didnt play on your map yet (I have it in my map combo). I'm judging only from your photos here. In my opinion, there should be some suburbs between high buildings in city centers and open landscape in the form of low buildings, houses, shops, gas stations. I know, that this is problem with 1:19 scale, but this looks a bit unrealistic (for example Nazareth, there is only high buildings).
Please do not take it wrong, it is just my opinion and maybe something to think about it.
Thank you again for your work and good luck.
