So, all of a sudden, today my map had the “off to one side” issue where the roads don’t line up with the countries.
My load order hadn’t changed and I hadn’t added any mods.
Since I noticed this, I downloaded and activated the Black Sea DLC southern region def & map. Still no use, changed it back to the original def & map and no change.
Any ideas?

Something must have changed in the loading order, the only solution is to strip back to basic and see what is causing the problem after enabling mods one at a time
